You play a key role in industrial performance and the reliability of machining processes. Responsibilities • Determine, validate, and deploy the necessary cutting tools for the industrialization of new products and the integration of new machining means • Ensure tool performance by maintaining close technical collaboration with suppliers • Manage, update, and standardize technical data (plans, references, documentation) to perpetuate know-how • Lead continuous improvement approaches and pilot optimization actions • Be the internal and external technical reference for all questions related to cutting tools • Collaborate with production teams to provide technical field support • Conduct active technological monitoring (professional trade shows, feasibility studies, benchmarking) Profile • CFC in polymechanics, ES Technician or equivalent training • Solid skills in machining and cutting tool management, particularly on stainless steels and precious metals • Good mastery of CAO/FAO software, ideally CREO • Ease of teamwork and marked interest in the field • Methodical, rigorous, and analytical • Proposal force with excellent transversal communication • Ability to adapt to varied environments (industrialization, workshops, suppliers) • Availability to follow initial training in Geneva before taking office in the canton of Fribourg Benefits fixed post Contact information reference: JN -032026-993712, Marc Bertschy - MABT.
