Application Manager F/M Within the IT Department, you ensure the support, the maintenance in operational conditions and the evolution of a portfolio of business applications. You intervene transversally on different solutions of the information system, notably PLM and boutique software, and support users in their daily use. As an interface between business teams, IT, publishers and external partners, you contribute to guaranteeing the availability of applications and the quality of service provided to users. Your main missions • Ensure functional and application support for the solutions within your scope. • Analyze incidents, identify their origin and ensure their resolution or their escalation to the relevant teams or partners. • Ensure the administration and configuration of applications: users, rights, configurations and management rules. • Monitor the proper functioning of flows and interfaces between the different applications. • Collect and challenge the needs of the business teams. • Formalize needs and write the functional specifications necessary for evolutions. • Coordinate corrections and evolutions with publishers, integrators and IT teams. • Prepare and carry out tests and user acceptance testing, then support production deployments. • Participate in version upgrades and ensure their follow-up. • Ensure the follow-up of requests and incidents with partners until their resolution. • Maintain functional documentation and support procedures. • Gradually increase skills on new applications in order to strengthen versatility and knowledge sharing within the IT team. • Support and advise users in the use of tools. Depending on your profile and your interests, you may also develop your skills in BI and reporting tools and contribute to the creation, maintenance and evolution of reports intended for business teams. Your profile • Experience in support, maintenance or management of business applications. • Ability to analyze and resolve application incidents. • Good understanding of business processes and sense of user service. • Ability to collect, challenge and formalize functional needs. • Good understanding of flow and interface issues between applications. • Autonomy, rigor and ability to intervene on several solutions. • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with business, technical interlocutors and external partners. • Experience with PLM or Retail solutions is appreciated. • An interest in data, BI and reporting is a plus. • Professional French and English.
