As part of a maternity leave replacement, we are looking for a Systems, Networks & Microsoft 365 Technician for a 6-month mission. You will join a dynamic team and contribute to the smooth running of our IT environment, to supporting our users as well as to the evolution of our infrastructures.

A versatile position at the heart of IT challenges, which will allow you to mobilize your technical skills, gain experience, and actively participate in evolution and modernization projects.

Your missions

Within the Infrastructure team, you will play a key role in the daily IT operations of the Group:

• Provide level 1 and 2 support to users and prepare workstations.
• Administer and optimize the Microsoft 365 environment, notably SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Entra ID.
• Participate in modernization projects, notably the migration of network drives to SharePoint Online.
• Evolve IT tools, by ensuring the administration and improvement of our IT service management solution GLPI.
• Manage user accounts, identities, rights, and access.
• Participate in the operation of systems and networks infrastructures, ensuring their availability and proper functioning.
• Contribute to the operational monitoring of cybersecurity and the implementation of protection measures.

Your profile

Do you enjoy problem-solving as much as supporting users? Are you curious, rigorous, and comfortable in a varied technical environment? Then we would like to meet you!

Ideally, you possess the following skills:

• IT training at CFC, Bachelor, or equivalent level.
• Good mastery of Microsoft 365, notably SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
• Good knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Entra ID environments.
• Knowledge of network fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Experience or knowledge in IP telephony, ideally with 3CX.
• Experience with GLPI or a similar ITSM solution.
• Sensitivity to cybersecurity issues; knowledge of Darktrace, Microsoft Defender, or equivalent tools is an asset.
• Sense of service, autonomy, rigor, and team spirit.
