Desired position:
Healthcare Specialist EFZ / Healthcare Specialist EFZ long-term care (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
-Professional care and support of the residents
-Performance of basic care and treatment care according to qualification and care planning
-Support with personal hygiene, nutrition and mobilization
-Promotion of independence and maintenance of quality of life
-Observation of the state of health and forwarding of relevant changes
-Documentation of care services
-Cooperation with nursing professionals, doctors and relatives
-Co-shaping a respectful and appreciative daily care routine

Your profile:
-Completed training as Healthcare Specialist EFZ or Healthcare Specialist EFZ
-Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
-Good German language skills in speaking and writing
-Empathy and joy in caring for elderly people
-Responsible, reliable and team-oriented way of working
-Independence and resilience in daily care
-Willingness to work shifts and weekends depending on the employing company

Working regions:
Various regions in German-speaking Switzerland, depending on the employing company.
