Your tasks - responsibility with scope for creativity ##

• Processing and coordination of quality reports as well as ensuring timely and sustainable problem solving
• Analysis of quality deviations, conducting root cause analyses and initiating effective corrective measures
• Receipt, plausibility check and follow-up of quality reports and complaints
• Processing of the QM mailbox as well as maintenance and closure of quality cases in the system
• Definition and implementation of immediate measures in the event of quality problems in production and assembly
• Conducting quality analyses, return controls and evaluations for continuous improvement
• Cooperation in technical project teams and active support in quality-relevant topics
• Conducting site visits to evaluate and process current quality cases
• Support of shop floor management as well as promotion of a sustainable quality culture
• Coordination and escalation of regional quality problems in cooperation with the affected specialist departments

Your profile - what you bring with you ##

• Completed vocational training as a blind/awning fitter, metalworker, designer, polymechanic or comparable technical training in the sun protection industry
• Professional experience, ideally in production, assembly, technology or quality management
• Sound understanding of products, processes and quality requirements
• Experience in project management as well as in the accompaniment of product and process development projects
• Strong analytical skills as well as competence in root cause analyses and sustainable problem solving
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working with high initiative
• Very good German and French skills in spoken and written form
