Our customer requests

• Completed vocational training as Polymechaniker/in EFZ, Produktionsmechaniker/in EFZ, or comparable technical training
• Experience in CNC milling
• Good knowledge in 3 to 5-axis machining
• Experience with Heidenhain controls
• Confident reading and interpreting of technical drawings
• Good knowledge in handling measuring and testing equipment
• High quality awareness and a precise way of working
• Independent, reliable, and responsible personality
• Ability to work in a team and motivation to contribute your specialist knowledge
• Good German skills

• Independent setup and operation of CNC milling machines
• Machining of demanding individual parts and small series
• Manufacturing on 3 to 5-axis machining centers
• Programming and optimizing CNC programs with Heidenhain control
• Setting up and measuring tools
• Monitoring and optimizing ongoing production processes
• Carrying out quality controls during and after machining
• Working according to technical drawings and manufacturing documents
• Troubleshooting and initiating suitable corrective measures
• Ensuring a constantly high manufacturing quality
