Your missions

• Manage and evolve Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its ecosystem to meet marketing, sales, and loyalty needs.
• Define and optimize CRM processes, customer journeys, and life cycles of prospects, members, and customers.
• Design workflows, automations, and integrations between the CRM, marketing tools, Microsoft Fabric, Dataverse, the website, and business applications.
• Guarantee the quality, governance, and added value of data: segmentation, deduplication, enrichment, and data exploitation.
• Develop dashboards and indicators, analyze journeys and performance, and identify levers for improvement.
• Contribute to lead generation and qualification and to the improvement of conversion rates.
• Identify and implement use cases related to automation, Microsoft Copilot, and generative AI.
• Maintain technological monitoring and be proactive in proposing new uses for AI and data.
• Support and train users, ensure an internal expert role, and promote best practices.
• Collaborate with the Customer Marketing, Data, and IT teams, in compliance with governance, security, and data protection requirements.

Your profile

• Higher education in marketing, CRM, MarTech, or a related field (Bachelor HES or equivalent).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a CRM, marketing automation, data management, or process optimization role.
• Very good mastery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and CRM processes.
• Good knowledge of Power Platform, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Solid skills in data management, structuring, and governance.
• Strong interest in Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, and generative AI.
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset, with a taste for continuous improvement.
• Autonomy, rigor, technological curiosity, and sense of service.

Start date: immediately or to be agreed
