Mobile telephony site manager

As a site manager, you are responsible for projects until their technical and financial completion. You take over projects from the project coordinators and verify the data provided. In consultation with clients, you define the details and implement the necessary actions.
During the realization phase, you provide technical supervision to employees on the construction sites. You control all the necessary services: assembly of system technology, assembly of radio links, commissioning, measurements, functional tests, etc. You are also responsible for surveys, walk-tests and kick-offs.
You ensure compliance with all regulations regarding occupational safety and accident prevention and ensure, through continuous quality control, a high level of execution quality.
At the end of the project, you prepare the corresponding documentation, including the results of controls and measurements, and then close the project with the client during acceptance.
Place of intervention: Penthalaz, in the canton of Vaud, with travel outside the canton of Vaud

You possess:

• An initial completed professional training in an electrotechnical trade.
• A good understanding and experience in the field of mobile telephony as well as in the commissioning of mobile telephony installations (Huawei, Ericsson, etc.).
• A structured, autonomous and solution-oriented way of working, a strong sense of quality and great flexibility (suprarregional travel is possible).
• A keen sense of customer service as well as an excellent team spirit.
• Autonomy, with a good overall vision.
• A category B driving license.
• Good computer skills.
• The availability to manage projects for different clients (Swisscom, Salt, Huawei, Sunrise).
• Good knowledge of German and English; other languages are an advantage.
