We are looking for a Construction Manager on behalf of one of our clients, in order to strengthen its teams and ensure the monitoring, coordination, and proper execution of its projects on the ground.

Job Description

• Control of accounts and application of current safety standards.
• Coordination with mandatories and management of partner companies.
• Guarantee of compliance with deadlines, costs, and the quality of work execution.
• Preparation of calls for tender as well as tender documents.
• Detailed planning and monitoring of the progress of works.

Profile Sought

• Solid experience in construction management or construction project management.
• Excellent mastery of site monitoring and coordination of the different trades.
• A keen sense of responsibility and organization.
• Good communication and team management skills.
• An ability to manage priorities and to make quick and effective decisions.
