Your main tasks ##

• Processing customer orders from entry to delivery
• Professional advice to customers by telephone, by email and on site
• Creative planning of annual actions
• Timely processing of special orders and special packaging
• Assistance with invoicing fixed orders and refunds

Your profile ##

• Completed basic commercial training EFZ or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in internal sales service
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Excellent communication skills and pleasure in working in a team
• Structured, reliable and conscientious working method
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Very good knowledge of German, French and Italian are an asset
