Your field of activity
The Zentrum Höchweid in Ebikon offers 117 residents a "home" in which they feel cared for - supported by a dedicated interprofessional team of a total of 200 employees. Due to the upcoming retirement of the current incumbent, we are looking for an experienced, integral, and reliable personality who will take over the operational management with a steady hand, a clear stance, and a strategic view.
The established course is to be consciously continued. At the same time, upcoming developments, such as a planned extension building and positioning as a competence center for nursing and care, open up new design possibilities. We wish for a leader who helps shape this path with foresight, continuity, and impetus.

Executive Management (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Overall responsibility for operations, personnel, finance, and organization; direct leadership of the department heads as well as further development of structures and processes.
• Initiation and implementation of a change and organizational development process while simultaneously maintaining stable service delivery in daily business.
• Leadership and management of a significant large-scale project in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
• Implementation of strategic specifications in close cooperation with the Board of Directors; sovereign representation towards authorities, partners, relatives, and other stakeholders.
• Cultivation of a trustworthy, appreciative, and professional corporate culture.

Your profile
You have demonstrable leadership experience in complex, personnel-intensive organizations and bring the following qualifications:

• Operational overall management: several years of operational overall responsibility in an organization of comparable size and complexity with multi-level leadership structures as well as personnel, result, and financial responsibility.
• Change & OE: sound experience in the initiation and implementation of change and organizational development, including sustainable anchoring in structure, processes, and culture.
• Large-scale projects: experience in the leadership and management of large, complex projects with responsibility for deadlines, costs, and quality, as well as high interface coordination. This experience can come from different areas.
• Completed technical or university studies in business administration or a relevant discipline in the health/social sector, as well as practice-proven competence in overall financial management (budget, finance and accounting, investments).
