Tasks
Our IT stands for the reliable operation and further development of a modern, hybrid system landscape. With around 300 employees and approx. 170 IT users, we operate an infrastructure of on-prem systems, networked construction site solutions, Microsoft 365, and central business applications.

• You ensure the stable operation and further development of our Microsoft 365 environment - from Teams to SharePoint to Entra ID and Intune.
• You process 2nd-level support cases and escalations from the 1st level.
• You maintain our business applications, interfaces, and permissions and ensure smooth operation.
• You specifically develop our client management, software distribution, and endpoint security.
• You participate in the introduction and consolidation of solutions in the Modern Workplace.

Workload: 80-100%
Work location: Lungern

Qualification

• Completed vocational training in Informatik EFZ or comparable
• Several years of experience in system engineering, workplace, and Microsoft 365
• Proficient use of Microsoft 365, Intune, and Windows clients; PowerShell knowledge is an advantage
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working with a high service mindset
• Due to our activities in security-relevant projects of the Confederation (ArmaSuisse), Swiss citizenship is mandatory for this position.
