This company active in the industrial sector is looking for a specialist in visual and digital communication capable of designing and producing impactful communication materials, for both print and digital channels.

Communication Officer M/F

Main responsibilities:

• Imagine and develop graphic universes in line with communication needs and objectives
• Translate messages and content into clear, modern, and engaging visual solutions
• Produce various printed materials: publications, brochures, posters, flyers, reports, and institutional documents
• Design content intended for digital environments while ensuring the quality of the user experience
• Adapt graphic creations to different formats and channels while guaranteeing their consistency
• Ensure compliance with the visual identity and contribute to its development
• Manage the different stages of projects, from the briefing to the delivery of materials
• Collaborate closely with internal teams as well as with various partners and external service providers
• Be proactive regarding trends, new formats, and practices in graphic and digital creation

Profile sought:

• Higher degree in graphic design, visual design, communication, digital media, or training deemed equivalent
• Several years of experience in graphic creation and visual communication, ideally acquired in varied environments
• Very good mastery of the main Adobe Creative Cloud software, notably InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; knowledge of After Effects is an advantage
• Excellent mastery of graphic design fundamentals: composition, typography, layout, image processing, and visual consistency
• Experience in the industrial sector is an asset
• Experience in UX/UI, web creation, WordPress, HTML/CSS, or graphic animation represents a real asset
• Ease with office tools and collaborative work environments
• Ability to manage several projects in parallel, to organize priorities, and to work in respect of deadlines
• Creativity, precision, and aesthetic sensitivity, combined with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach
• Very good interpersonal skills, ease in collaborating with various interlocutors, and a real team spirit
• Residence in Switzerland required
