DESCRIPTION OF THE MISSION *A mission that has meaning, at the heart of* Genevan EMSs • As a nurse, you ensure the preparation and administration of treatments, in compliance with protocols and in complete safety. • You pay particular attention to the quality of your communication with residents and their loved ones. • You actively contribute to the implementation and follow-up of individualized life projects, ensuring the choices and needs of each person are respected. • You ensure basic care and the technical acts required within the framework of an EMS.   EXPECTED PROFILE • Are you a qualified nurse and do you have Swiss Red Cross recognition? • Have you acquired solid experience in geriatrics and today wish to put your skills at the service of a human-sized structure, centered on the well-being of the elderly person? • You have at least two years of experience in care, ideally within an EMS in Switzerland. • You are attentive, calm and caring, you know how to manage emergency situations with professionalism, and you place the human relationship at the heart of your practice. • You like working in a team, possess excellent interpersonal skills and are able to adapt flexibly to the needs of the field. • Knowledge of software such as SADIES, SIEMS or GAMMADIA constitutes an additional asset.   What if this was the right time to give a new momentum to your career?
