As a Senior Pilot Plant Technician - Dairy Technologies and Food Processes at Nestlé Research, your mission is to transform scientific concepts into robust and industrializable food processes, strengthening our capabilities in dairy and biotechnological processes and in the testing of innovative packaging with the vertical sachet machine. You will make a difference by collaborating closely with scientists, project managers, engineering and maintenance teams, quality, and safety. This is an opportunity to deliver sustainable and innovative prototypes and processes for people, animals, and the planet.   How will you have an impact as a Senior Pilot Plant Technician - Dairy Technologies and Food Processes • Prepare, carry out and close complex pilot trials on dairy processes (UHT) and associated food processes as well as on vertical sacheting. • Provide technical support to projects: equipment selection, settings, test strategy and problem solving. • Collaborate with scientists, engineers and project teams to move from ideas to concrete tests in the Pilot Plant. • Contribute to the scaling up of processes and to the continuous improvement of equipment and working methods. • Work in compliance with quality, hygiene, food safety, safety and environmental standards.     What will enable you to succeed • Technical training in food, biotechnology or processes (CFC, Federal Master, Bachelor or equivalent). • Significant experience in R&D Pilot Plant or industrial environment. • Knowledge of dairy technologies and processes as well as packaging lines. • Autonomy, practical spirit, analytical and problem-solving skills. • Good team spirit, curiosity and desire to learn. • Current French and able to make yourself understood in English.   At Nestlé Research, we put people at the heart of everything we do.
