With your contribution and full conviction, you will play a crucial role in making this transformation a success This is what you can achieve • You monitor line operations in real-time and steer targeted countermeasures in the event of deviations to ensure quality and punctuality. • You control traffic independently and in a targeted manner, make rapid decisions in the event of disruptions, and coordinate all necessary measures effectively - from vehicle deployment to personnel scheduling. • You inform passengers as well as internal and external stakeholders transparently about events and disruptions. • In close cooperation with partners such as railway companies or emergency services, you schedule personnel and vehicles at short notice. • You use modern systems such as ISA, Planbox, and the disruption manager efficiently to optimize processes. • You actively contribute to the further development of the control center's processes and tools and bring your own ideas for improvement. • As part of the emergency organization, you take on a central role and act responsibly in special situations such as accidents, natural events, or security incidents - quickly, prudently, and solution-oriented. This is what you bring • A completed vocational training (EFZ), ideally in the commercial, technical, or logistical field, forms the basis for this function. • You have experience in dispatching, control centers, or a comparable environment - ideally in public transport. • In-depth knowledge of digital tools and systems such as ISA, Planbox, or the disruption manager, as well as proficiency in MS 365, is required. • You have well-developed communication skills, a confident demeanor, and bring team spirit and a sense of responsibility. • You work gladly in shift operation, also on weekends, holidays, and on-call duty, and take responsibility during off-peak hours. • You communicate well orally and in writing in German and have good (oral) knowledge of a second national language.
