Your tasks Manual packaging and labeling of primary-packaged medicinal products for clinical trials according to the production plan Carrying out in-process quality controls to ensure product integrity Precise and timely creation of batch documentation – both on paper and in electronic systems according to GMP specifications Consistent compliance with all applicable GMP, safety, environmental, and hygiene guidelines (HSE) Participation in workplace hygiene and organization (cleaning, order, 5S methodology) Active participation in improvement initiatives and identification of optimization potential in processes, organization, and safety Readiness for early and late shifts as well as flexible work assignments in adjacent areas (e.g., primary packaging, Warehouse, label printing) Regular participation in mandatory training to maintain the required level of GMP knowledge Your profile Proven experience in a GMP environment as well as in the packaging of pharmaceutical products Strong quality awareness and high level of care in documentation as well as in maintaining order and cleanliness at the workplace Very good fine motor skills and enjoyment of precise, detail-oriented work Independent, reliable, and flexible way of working – even under time pressure Strong teamwork skills combined with high self-motivation and quick comprehension Confident handling of standard PC applications (MS Office); SAP knowledge is an advantage Very good German skills in speaking and writing; English skills are an advantage Your advantages with nemensis Nemensis AG is your specialized personnel recruiter in the Life Sciences sector based in Basel.
