As a Project Manager, you manage exciting customer projects and act as a central interface between Business, IT and stakeholders. Your tasks Leading or participating in demanding customer projects in the financial industry or in public administration Holistic project management from conception to successful implementation in the areas of transformation, regulation, processes, digitalization with responsibility for deadlines, budget, quality and resources Steering and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams as well as cooperation with customers, partners and relevant stakeholders; moderation of workshops, meetings and steering committees Active participation in the further development of our consulting services and project management standards Your profile Completed studies in BWL, Finance, Banking, Wirtschaftsinformatik or comparable with proven project experience in the financial industry or public administration as well as IT understanding Experience with classic and/or agile project management methods; specific further training or certifications (SAFe, Scrum, HERMES, IPMA or similar) desirable Ability to structure specialist, regulatory and technical requirements, to transfer them into implementation plans and to act independently, solution-oriented, customer-oriented and entrepreneurially Confident and convincing appearance towards customers and stakeholders, paired with clear, audience-appropriate communication and assertiveness even in complex project situations.
