Architectural Drafter

You are a qualified drafter, interested in the development and realization of medium to large-scale projects and looking for a professional environment where your sense of responsibility will be recognized. Join our team! Our architecture office, based in Lonay, composed of about twenty personalities, accompanies its clients through different phases of their projects according to SIA standards. Architectural Drafter In the context of strengthening our team, we are looking for an architectural drafter at 80-100%. Your role: Drawing of preliminary design plans at 1:100; Preparation of summary general descriptions; Development of materiality booklets; Drawing of tender and execution plans at 1:50; Realization of detail booklets at 1:20 and 1:10; Participation in coordination meetings. Your profile: CFC as an architectural drafter or equivalent training; Minimum 5 years of experience in Switzerland; Excellent mastery of ArchiCAD software; Knowledge in BIM: an asset; Ease with Swiss standards and legislation; Ability to work autonomously while promoting team spirit; Stress resistance and a keen sense of priorities.
