To support our agile IT/digitalization team at our central location in Luzern, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Portfolio Manager / Senior IT Project Manager.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the central control of the IT project landscape from the project idea to successful implementation
• Support of digitalization, automation and transformation projects
• Coordination of the bank-wide IT project portfolio
• Recording, evaluation and prioritization of project requests
• Planning and controlling of the project pipeline
• Coordination of resources, budgets and project dependencies
• Creation of portfolio and management reporting
• Further development of project management and governance standards
• Leadership of strategic and cross-departmental IT projects
• Coordination of specialist departments, suppliers and external partners
• Ensuring successful project implementation
• Support of digitalization and transformation projects

Your profile

• Completed education in computer science, business informatics or comparable
• Several years of experience in leading IT projects and programs
• Experience in budget planning, resource control and project controlling
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, business applications, cloud and digitalization projects
• Experience in the banking or finance environment is an advantage
• Analytical and structured way of working
• High communication and moderation skills
• Confident appearance towards management and specialist departments
• High sense of responsibility and assertiveness
• German at native level as well as good English skills
