The Schweizerische Arbeitsgemeinschaft der Jugendverbände SAJV is the umbrella organization of around 60 youth organizations in Switzerland. It is committed to representing the interests of youth associations and the young generation to authorities, political bodies, and the public. The SAJV is looking for as of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement a Employee Accounting and Finance as well as Personnel Administration 50-60 % Your tasks You are responsible for the accounting of the SAJV, prepare statements, and are the contact person for the project managers. You support the Central Services department in processing personnel administration, are in contact with social insurance institutions, and manage personnel data. Depending on your knowledge, you also support IT tasks. Your profile • commercial training and professional experience in the field of accounting • strong flair for numbers • good administrative skills and independent way of working • precise and conscientious working style • good knowledge of French, if German is the working language, or vice versa • basic knowledge of IT is an advantage • we are looking for young personalities • interest in the activities of the SAJV We offer The SAJV offers you the creative space to contribute and implement your own ideas.
