Polymechaniker/in with additional function as Berufsbildner/in (m\-w), 100% Your tasks Responsible for the apprentice training of the Polymechaniker and Produktionsmechaniker Preparation of the apprentices for the partial and final examinations as well as supervision of the IPAs Recruitment of new apprentices in cooperation with our HR Creation of weekly, semester, and annual work plans Conducting semester discussions including creation of educational reports Processing of small series on state-of-the-art CNC machines Creation of prototypes with conventional machines Setting up various machining machines Creation and optimization of CNC programs using CAM (TopSolid) and at the machine with Heidenhain and Fanuc controls Your profile You have successfully completed your training as Polymechaniker/in EFZ You have been able to gain several years of professional experience and have experience in the training of apprentices You have completed the Berufsbildner course You are independent as well as reliable and work with high quality You are flexible as well as resilient and look forward to working in a small team You have very good German skills in spoken and written language Our offer We offer you the chance to contribute in a dynamic and demanding environment and to actively participate in the further development of our production.
