Allrounder:in Gravel Scale Nordwestschweiz What awaits you You support the dispatch administratively and keep our operations running You work closely with production and sales and ensure a smooth flow of information You check and process delivery notes – your accuracy can be relied upon You manage our gravel scale and the associated system. You are the first point of contact for drivers and declare delivered materials such as excavation & Co You monitor the system, maintain master data and conscientiously record deliveries from quarries and landfills You find the solution in the event of discrepancies in invoices and carry out corrections independently You handle general administrative tasks with ease and ensure order in the office What you bring You have a completed commercial apprenticeship (KV) You have already gained experience in the area of logistics and dispatch You are proficient in using ERP software.
