The Fondation la Pouponnière et l’Abri aims to work in favor of children, and more particularly young children and their families, notably by welcoming them within the framework of its nine institutions: five centres de vie enfantine (CVE), two emergency reception boarding houses, the Accueil éducatif mères-enfants (AEME), and the Unité de prestations espace rencontre (UPER).
In order to complete our team at the CVE Les Falaises, in Lausanne, we are looking for a:
Missions and responsibilities
Ensure quality supervision for the young children welcomed, aged 18 months to 3 years, by guaranteeing their well-being and their safety
Participate in the development of the pedagogical project and ensure its implementation
Collaborate with families and external services
Profile sought
Have the benefit of a training as an educator ES / HES or ASE
Experience in the care of a group of children
Ability to develop a reflexive action on one's activity and to assume one's role as an engaged and autonomous professional
Aptitude to adapt to family, cultural and social realities
Working conditions
