Job Description ##

Sales

• Proactively approaching customers with warmth and cordiality, so that customers - including those waiting - feel welcome and perceived in the shop
• Competent advice on all products/services with the goal of finding efficient and uncomplicated solutions, identifying and exceeding customer needs
• Presentation of the shop as an experience world: Presenting the devices and services according to specifications from marketing and touchpoint design, so that they are attractively staged and experienceable for customers
• Developing ideas from daily business for the co-design of the shop

Logistics

• Checking new deliveries regarding quality, quantity, time. Correct preparation of goods for return shipment to the distribution center
• Receiving repaired devices and preparing them for handover to the customer including information regarding readiness for collection
• Participating in inventories

We expect ##

Your Education

• Degree (EFZ/EBA) in a sales or service environment

Our Requirements

• Enjoyment of customer contact and interest in the chosen industry
• Basic knowledge of Office, Apple and Android products
• Sympathetic appearance as well as communicative skills - verbal/non verbal
• Passionate team player with an impeccable reputation
• Experience in the telecommunications or consumer electronics industry is a great advantage
