Job description
As part of a replacement, we are looking for a physiotherapist at 80% to ensure general physiotherapy care until the end of the month of September.
You will work with a varied patient base requiring rehabilitation and readjustment treatments in a dynamic and structured care setting. Your mission consists of assessing the functional needs of patients, establishing adapted treatment objectives, and implementing personalized care aimed at improving mobility, recovery, autonomy, and quality of life.
On a daily basis, you will be required to perform complete physiotherapeutic assessments, design coherent treatment plans, and adapt your interventions according to clinical evolution. You will use mobilization, strengthening, flexibility, physical conditioning, and therapeutic education techniques depending on the indications. You will also ensure regular monitoring of progress, reassessment of objectives, and adjustment of care measures according to needs.
In connection with the multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to the coordination of care and the continuity of care. You will participate in clinical exchanges, share your observations, and actively collaborate with the different stakeholders in order to guarantee a global, relevant, and secure approach for each patient. Furthermore, you will ensure the quality of documentation, the traceability of acts performed, and compliance with current protocols.
Your role also involves constant attention to the patient relationship. You know how to establish a climate of trust, explain your interventions with clarity, and accompany each person with empathy, professionalism, and benevolence. You thus contribute to offering quality care, adapted to the expectations and specific needs of each.
Profile sought
You hold a recognized diploma in physiotherapy and have authorization to practice in Switzerland or are able to justify its equivalence according to the requirements in force. You benefit from confirmed experience in general physiotherapy and master the usual techniques of assessment, treatment, and follow-up in a practice, institution, or hospital setting.
You know how to manage a diverse patient base with rigor, autonomy, and a sense of organization. Your ability to quickly analyze a clinical situation, prioritize your interventions, and adapt your treatments according to therapeutic objectives constitutes an essential asset. You master the basics of professional documentation and know how to work methodically while respecting quality standards and confidentiality rules.
On a relational level, you are recognized for your listening skills, your empathy, and your ability to establish a relationship of trust with patients. You enjoy teamwork and collaborate easily with other health professionals. You demonstrate flexibility, reliability, and an excellent sense of responsibility, indispensable qualities to ensure continuous and quality care within the framework of a replacement.
