Your tasks:

• Cleaning and maintenance of resident rooms, apartments as well as the general premises
• Collaboration in the office as well as support in the dining hall and in the breakfast rooms
• Friendly and courteous service for our residents
• Involvement of the residents in the room and apartment cleaning, adapted to their individual resources
• Support in the induction of new employees
• Accompanying and promoting the apprentices Fachfrau Hauswirtschaft
• Active collaboration in the further development of work processes and quality standards
• Compliance with hygiene, safety and quality regulations
• Cooperation with the technical service during deep cleanings and cross-departmental work
• Assistance at events and occasions in the house
• Maintenance of appreciative contacts with residents, relatives and visitors

Your profile:

• Joy in dealing with elderly people and a strong understanding of service
• Empathetic, warm and communicative personality
• Teamwork skills as well as an independent and responsible way of working
• Experience in housekeeping, hospitality or in a home or care facility is an advantage
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Sense of responsibility and joy in a varied activity
