For the IT department, we are looking for a Business Information Technologist with project experience, 100%, at the Solothurn location, starting immediately or by arrangement. Your responsibility • You lead complex projects from initiation to completion according to HERMES. • In your role, you define and coordinate change requests and thus actively shape the further development of our applications. • You competently support users with technical and specialist questions. • You secure valuable knowledge by documenting inquiries, solutions, and processes in a structured and traceable manner. • During releases and project implementations, you support the testing managers in coordination, training, and organization. Your profile • You have completed training in Business Information Technology (FH or HF) and bring several years of experience in project management and requirements engineering. • You possess a HERMES certification or a comparable qualification. • Ideally, you already have experience in a public or regulated environment. • Analytical thinking, conceptual strength, and a structured, independent way of working characterize you. • As a strong-communicating and goal-oriented personality, you bring assertiveness as well as a strong sense of responsibility.
