Our client is a recognized company in the field of engineering and technical consulting. As part of the development of its activities in Suisse romande, we are looking for a Building Pollutants Diagnostician to strengthen its team.
Missions
Perform diagnostics before work and before demolition on different types of structures.
Carry out surveys and sampling related to building pollutants.
Identify and evaluate the presence of asbestos, PCB, PAH, lead and other regulated substances.
Carry out field investigations in accordance with current regulatory requirements.
Write technical reports and ensure a clear presentation of results.
Advise clients on issues related to building pollutants.
Participate in the technical monitoring of projects in collaboration with the various stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures as well as the quality of the services provided.
Candidate Profile
Technical training in the fields of building, environment, civil engineering or equivalent.
Experience in performing building pollutant diagnostics.
Experience in diagnostics before work and/or before demolition.
Good mastery of regulatory requirements and investigation methods.
Ease in writing technical reports.
Mastery of common IT tools.
Driving license indispensable.
