To strengthen the team, we are looking for a motivated Specialist in Facility Management EFZ as of March 2026, also graduates welcome.

Job Description ##

• Professional cleaning, care, and maintenance work in and around our customer properties
• Performing inspection and maintenance work on buildings, systems, and infrastructure
• Support in the field of building technology (minor repairs, troubleshooting, fault rectification)
• Responsibility for order, cleanliness, and safety in the assigned property area
• Collaboration in seasonal activities such as green space maintenance or winter service

We expect ##

• Completed training as Specialist in Facility Management EFZ, Housekeeper EFZ, or comparable qualification
• Car driving license / Driver's license category B mandatory
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• High reliability, quality awareness, and enjoyment of cleaning work
• Independent, responsible, and structured way of working
• Team player, friendly, and service-oriented
