• Check in and check out ;
• Ensure the permanence of the establishment's reception and ensure the quality of services offered to clients ;
• Process payments and prepare invoices ;
• Be the guarantor of the calm and security of the hotel ;
• Inform the clientele ;
• Provide reports and transmit any requests ;
• Know the geographical and competitive environment of the establishment ;
• Ensure the administrative follow-up of reservations ;
• Transform an inquiry into a reservation proposal ;
