ICT System Engineer Citrix 80-100 % Zürich-Flughafen

You will manage complex Microsoft and Citrix customer infrastructures and ensure secure, stable, and efficient operation. In doing so, you will contribute your expertise to the further development of our IT systems and work closely with internal stakeholders and customers.  For our location Zürich Kloten we are looking for a committed individual as an ICT System Engineer starting January 1, 2027, or by arrangement. Your role ## • Further development of customer environments on-premise and cloud environments  • Operation, administration, and further development of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments  • Administration and operation of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows 11  • Intune and SCCM administration for device and software control  • Construction and support of server environments  • 2nd-/3rd-level support including incident and problem management  • Support of Windows server services (AD, DHCP, GPO, print service)  • Integration of new customer locations into the existing infrastructure  • Participation in IT projects for the further development of the system landscape  • Implementation of security guidelines and participation in on-call service Your profile ## • Completed IT training or comparable qualification (e.g., HF, FH, federal diploma)  • Sound knowledge of Windows servers, clients, M365, and Azure  • Experience in the operation of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops  • Quick comprehension and high willingness to learn  • Enjoyment of customer consulting and a professional appearance  • Fluent German skills in speaking and writing (C1 level)  • Willingness for on-call availability and to work in dynamic environments  • Certifications in the area of Citrix or Microsoft Azure are an advantage Your benefits ## • Up to 60 % home office possible with a 100 % workload  • Vacation purchase (2 weeks per year)  • 41h week with flexible working hours at a full-time workload  • Min. 25 days vacation per year  • Promotion of further education financially or temporally at 100 %  • Free SBB Half-Fare travelcard for all employees  We maintain an open "Du" culture - so feel free to send us your application directly using the "Du" form.
