It is within this dynamic that it has requested our assistance to support it in its search for a/an

Business Analyst Private Banking FR-EN

who will take on a transverse role within its organization, the different areas covered touching several departments of the bank, whether at the front, middle or back office level.

The role does not specifically require technical skills, as understanding and experience in private banking business processes are the key to the position.

As an interface between users and IT specialists, you will be responsible for translating business needs into IT solutions and then monitoring the implementation of projects approved by the company's management.

Although your main responsibility will be business analysis, you will also be required in certain cases to take on a role as Product Owner as well as project manager.

Profile sought

• Master's level education from a university, HES or engineering school in economics or computer science
• More than 10 years of professional experience as a business analyst
• Minimum 5 years of experience within a private bank or asset manager
• Experience as a Product Owner will be strongly appreciated, as will experience in project management
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong communication skills to create a strong team spirit, ability to unite people
• Very good oral and written mastery of French and English languages
• Swiss nationality, valid work permit or citizen of the European Union
