For its Urban Planning Department, the Commune de Cornaux is looking for a

Technical Manager at 100%

Your main missions:

As part of the processing of building permit applications, you ensure the monitoring of files in collaboration with the consulting architect, examine the compliance of projects with legal bases and development plans, coordinate procedures with the relevant authorities and partners, carry out site inspections, and inform citizens as well as mandate holders.

You also ensure that registers, databases, and specialized platforms are kept up to date.

You participate in the technical monitoring of communal buildings as well as in construction or maintenance projects.

Training and requirements:

• CFC as a building draughtsman, in architecture, surveyor technician or equivalent training ;
• Experience required in construction and urban planning, ideally in a public administration ;
• Good knowledge of procedures and legal bases related to construction ;
• Very good command of spoken and written French ;
• Excellent mastery of office tools and specialized software including SATAC2, GAPE, CAMAC and REGBL.
