The Age and Care sector of the city of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services, primarily for older people, through Spitex as well as in the five age centers. For Spitex Stadt Winterthur, we are looking for a committed personality as of 1. August 2026 or by arrangement.
Specialist Nursing Responsibility (80%) Spitex
Your tasks
Ensuring quality assurance as well as implementation or application of evidence-based professional knowledge and concepts for quality development
Analyzing complex care and nursing situations
Ensuring the nursing process of our clients (with case responsibility)
Deputy tasks in the absence of the team leader
Collaboration in working groups or projects
Your profile
Degree as a dipl. nursing specialist HF / FH and at least 3 years of professional experience, ideally with Spitex
Additional training (e.g. Palliative Care) desirable
Proficient use of IT programs (MS Office, possibly RAI-HC)
Mobile by bicycle and in possession of a driving license
