What you will do with us ##

• General administrative activities such as telephone service, appointment coordination, surgery or intervention planning, handling mail, processing incoming and outgoing emails
• Preparing the outpatient clinic, creating service billing for the outpatient clinics
• Assistance in the consultation room: oscillographies and Doppler index, microcapillary examinations, assisting in minor procedures, applying compression and Coban bandages, various wound dressings according to doctor's instructions, managing sterile supplies, performing blood sampling

What you bring with you ##

• MPA EFZ or Fachfrau oder Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ
• Exact and efficient way of working, quick comprehension, high sense of responsibility and strong organizational skills
• Joy in contacting people as well as an empathetic and service-oriented approach towards patients and their relatives
• Enjoyment of challenging situations, flexibility and the ability to implement experiences professionally
• Confident German in speaking and writing as well as good knowledge of medical terminology and proficient knowledge in handling Office; knowledge of SAP and KISIM is an advantage
