Adjunkt/in - Leitung Zentrale Dienste 80 - 100% # Die Berufsschule Bülach (BSB) is the cantonal vocational school in the Flughafenregion Zürcher Unterland. As a competence center for economy and technology, we train around 1'400 aspiring commercial employees as well as electrical installers, assembly electricians and aircraft polymechanics. Due to the retirement of the current job holder, the position as Adjunkt/in is to be reappointed as of 1. February 2027 or by arrangement. Ideally, the workload is 100%; a part-time workload of 80 - 90% is also possible. Your tasks ### The function as Adjunkt/in includes the administrative and operational management of the school. In doing so, you bear responsibility for the approximately 10-person Administration and Operations team and work together with the responsible specialists in accounting and personnel administration. You continuously develop the work processes, the document management and the school management manual. Your other tasks include the planning and realization of administrative, technical, organizational and communicative projects and tasks. As a member of the school management, you perform qualified foundational work and leadership support and participate in school development projects. In addition, you are responsible for procurement and data protection. You represent the school in cantonal committees and projects. Your profile ### You have a business administration degree HF/FH (Bachelor) or a commercial EFZ with corresponding further training (eidg. Diplom HFP). You are a generalist by conviction and enjoy a wide range of tasks around organization, finance, personnel, infrastructure, law and ICT. High independence, desire for design and learning agility characterize you as much as a careful, structured and binding way of working. You think analytically and networked, have a good understanding of numbers and a solid basic understanding of law. In leadership, you are clear, assertive, team- and service-oriented. Loyalty, discretion, sense of duty and a positive basic attitude are a matter of course for you. You bring broad professional and leadership experience, ideally from a school, educational institution, administration or comparable staff function.
