About Our Client ##

Our client is a human-sized notary office located on the Côte vaudoise.

Job Description ##

Your responsibilities:

• Drafting legal deeds and documents, notably marriage contracts, wills, inheritance pacts, and various declarations.
• Preparing and establishing tax inventories within the framework of successions, including the collection and analysis of relevant documentation.
• Participating in the liquidation of successions and the distribution of assets in contexts of death or divorce.
• Ensuring complete follow-up of files and coordinating exchanges with clients, administrations, and other stakeholders.
• Conducting legal research and providing technical support to notaries on complex issues

The Successful Applicant ##

Your profile:

• You hold a Bachelor or Master in Swiss law.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role or a junior legal professional wishing to specialize in the notary field.
• Previous experience within a notary office constitutes a real asset.
• Excellent writing skills, analytical spirit, and sense of priorities.
• Autonomous, rigorous person, endowed with excellent judgment and enjoying responsibilities.
