Accounting Specialist, Reporting according to IPSAS 70-100%

Your tasks ##

• Collaboration in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, especially in the preparation of external reporting for the ETH area
• Responsibility for Treasury and financial risk management
• Preparation of internal and external financial analyses, reporting and ad hoc analyses (e.g., initial fund consumption) as well as reserves
• Collaboration in budget, multi-year, and liquidity planning
• Contact person for VAT and tax matters
• Support for special topics in construction, specifically in connection with nuclear facilities
• Collaboration in business administration projects of the department
• External representation of the Finance and Accounting section

Your profile ##

• Sound training in finance, at least Specialist in Finance and Accounting with several years of professional experience
• Preferably with in-depth knowledge of IFRS/IPSAS, for example in training to become an expert in accounting and controlling
• Very good knowledge of VAT
• Experience in Treasury is an advantage
• Analytical thinking and independent way of working
• Very good IT (SAP) and Microsoft Excel skills
• Good knowledge of German and English
