Carpenter - Project Manager for Service

Activity

• Independently manage complex service cases
• Professionally process complaints
• Coordinate damage assessments and expert reports
• Check causes and initiate improvements
• Support the Head of Assembly and Service as a deputy

Requirements

• Technical basic training with practical experience in window construction or project business
• Understanding of constructions, fittings, and building connections
• Routine in using 3E, CAD, and Microsoft 365
• Willingness to take on responsibility
• Customer-oriented and solution-oriented communication skills
