What we expect from you: * Completed professional training (CFC), ideally as a commercial employee, retail manager, or customer relations agent. * Experience in customer service (banking or financial sector). * High affinity for digital technologies, mastery of different systems and channels. * Strong empathy and a keen sense of service. * Taste for contact with customers, by telephone and in writing. * Very good level of French and German, both spoken and written. * Structured, reliable, and pressure-resistant working method. * Ability to assimilate quickly and willingness to undergo intensive training.
