Your contribution

• Configure and manage subaccounts, cloud services and usage rights as well as monitor and optimize performance
• Manage incidents and implement and maintain security provisions as well as roles and authorizations
• Develop guidelines and the basis for the governance of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) as well as configure and manage SAP Build Work Zone sites, including Workspaces and Pages
• Customize and further develop themes, navigation and widgets in SAP Build Work Zone, integrate third-party applications and services as well as develop plans and provide technological consultancy
• Configure, manage and administer SAP Fiori Launchpad (including Spaces, Pages and Business Catalogs), activate standard Fiori apps and implement specific customer requirements through user interface adaptations, app variants and translations
• Design and manage, via PFCG, Fiori role concepts and authorizations; coordinate collaboration with the teams responsible for development, module consultancy, systems, authorizations and security; develop technical solutions with the parties involved

What distinguishes you

• University education (university or UAS) in computer science, management IT or a related discipline, or equivalent tertiary-level training with relevant multi-year professional experience
• Multi-year practical experience in the administration and management of SAP environments, in particular SAP BTP, SAP Build Workzone and SAP Fiori.
• In-depth knowledge of the configuration, development and management of SAP BTP, SAP Build Workzone and SAP Fiori Launchpad; experience with SAP roles and authorizations as well as security requirements; basic knowledge in SAP development (ABAP, JavaScript, SAPUI5, OData services) is a preferential qualification
• Experience with agile working methods (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and knowledge of CI/CD and monitoring tools
• Analytical and conceptual approach, strong orientation towards customers and performance as well as an independent and solution-oriented working method; team spirit and the ability to collaborate in interdisciplinary groups as well as to communicate complex technical concepts appropriately to the recipients
• Active knowledge of two official languages and good knowledge of English
