As an independent public-law company, it fulfills a legal mandate and contributes to the social security of the population and the economy of the canton. For the Benefits Department of our IV-Stelle, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a lawyer (80 - 100 %) What you will achieve Legal advice and support for the internal specialists of the integration and benefits departments Legal review and visa of preliminary decisions, decrees and objection decisions Representation of the IV-Stelle in appeal proceedings before cantonal and federal courts You actively drive the implementation of technical and procedural innovations – from the legal assessment to the development of solutions and their introduction into practice. You take responsibility in projects of the department and ensure that ideas actually arrive in everyday life. What you bring with you Completed legal education, preferably with a bar admission (Anwaltspatent) Professional experience, ideally in social insurance law Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation with other specialists of the IV-Stelle and the Regional Medical Service (RAD) Negotiation skills and decisiveness Stylistically confident and correct formulation of texts and decisions Pragmatic, solution-oriented way of working Your advantages at SVA BL A good work-life balance is important to us.
