We look forward to getting to know you! 02 Your Task ## • Professional first- and second-level IT support for internal and external users • Analysis and resolution of technical malfunctions in the hardware and software area • Ensuring high service quality as well as optimization of existing support and operating processes • Participation in ICT projects and technical further developments • Close cooperation with internal ICT specialist teams and external partners • Ensuring consistent and reliable end-to-end processes • Management of user accounts, permissions, and access • Installation, configuration, and provisioning of IT workstations • Support during technical assignments on-site, including in the environment of medical point-of-care systems • Taking on periodic on-call duties 03 Benefits ## • Participation in external further training • Independent organization of daily business • Company vehicle • Flat hierarchies • Flexible working hours • Progressive employment conditions • Guaranteed hybrid or home office work • Career and advancement opportunities 04 Your Profile ## • Completed IT training as Informatiker:in EFZ Systemtechnik/Plattformentwicklung or ICT-Fachmann EFZ/ICT-Fachfrau EFZ • Relevant ICT certifications an advantage • Sound knowledge in Windows and Linux environments • Good user and administration knowledge in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and Citrix • Experience with Windows clients as well as mobile end devices under iOS and Android • Structured, solution-oriented, and independent way of working • Strong service orientation and enjoyment of direct contact with users • Proficient German skills (C2) as well as very good French skills (C1) • Italian or English skills of great advantage • Readiness for on-call duties • Possession of driver's license Cat.
