Machine Operators for the Frozen (TK) Area

For our valued customer, we are looking for dedicated and technically skilled machine operators for the frozen (TK) area. If you want to work in a dynamic environment with innovative technology and are ready to take on a key role in production, then you have come to the right place.

Your tasks:

• Responsible for the proper supervision and operation of the frozen food systems, including working in slightly oxygen-reduced areas.
• Active troubleshooting of devices and systems such as high-bay warehouses, conveyor technology, automatic depalletizing, and order picking.
• Monitoring processes using state-of-the-art graphic tools (e.g., WinCC, Infosystem, and Commander).
• Setting and, if necessary, replacing sensors and mechanical components.
• Support with manual depalletizing and processing defective cartons.
• Proactive reporting and resolution of errors or process deviations to supervisors.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and hygiene guidelines.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workplace (quality assurance).
• Participation in the continuous improvement process (KVP).

Your profile:

• High technical affinity and interest in automation and technology.
• Basic computer skills.
• Quick comprehension and independent way of working.
• Resilience and reliability are a matter of course for you.
• Good oral and written German skills (at least B1) for the operation of radio devices.
• Willingness to work shifts, including on weekends.
• Ability to work in cooled environments (temperatures from -1°C to -8°C, partly -23°C).
• Willingness to climb and a health check required for permanent employment in the oxygen-reduced area.
