Your main missions:
Your main missions:
Maintenance of general accounting according to MCH2,
Preparation, monitoring and control of the annual budget,
Financial analysis and control of the Service accounts,
Execution of all annual account closing operations,
Management of the balance sheet and monitoring of investments,
Relationship with the audit body, the Préfecture and cantonal services,
Assistance in drafting reports relating to the budget and accounts,
Support to the Management Committee during the drafting of reports - finance part,
Participation in the meetings of the Management Committee, the Commissions and the Conseil Intercommunal,
Preparation of VAT statements, Management and planning of current treasury (payments, liquidity, loans),
Management and payment of supplier invoices,
Preparation and monitoring of tax and installment invoices,
Preparation of service performance invoices and monitoring of collections,
Monitoring of debtors and management of litigation,
Management of heritage income (renting an apartment),
Monitoring of subsidies and participations.
Experience and training:
Federal diploma of specialist in finance and accounting or equivalent title,
Experience in MCH2 municipal accounting,
Mastery of IT tools, in particular those specific to the field of municipal accounting (Citizen),
Autonomy, rigor, interpersonal skills, sense of responsibility, discretion and collaborative spirit,
Swiss nationality or valid work permit, clean criminal record.
