Your tasks and responsibilities
You plan and develop the control hardware for our machines, thereby laying the foundation for a reliable, standard-compliant, and functional implementation of the software requirements in the control cabinet
In doing so, you create and maintain circuit diagrams, bills of materials, and master data in our electrical CAD and ERP systems
As a central interface between software development, mechanical design, and the workshop, you control the technical information flow, shape the product creation process, and ensure that our systems not only function but also remain efficiently implementable and maintainable in the long term
You evaluate and supervise control and electrical components throughout the entire life cycle and are responsible for the electrical equipment of retrofits, customer-specific designs, as well as ongoing product maintenance
In the processing of special orders, you clarify requirements with customer service and sales, create articles, bills of materials, and hardware schematics, coordinate external service providers, and manage the technical documentation in the PLM
Your profile
You have a basic technical education in the field of electrical engineering, automation, or mechatronics
Practical experience in mechanical engineering or industrial automation, as well as sound knowledge of the relevant standards, guidelines, and best practices of electrical planning, round off your profile
You are proficient in EPLAN P8 and apply it routinely in projects
With clear communication and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration, you ensure that complex projects are implemented efficiently. In doing so, you work analytically, think logically, and approach tasks in a structured and goal-oriented manner
You are business fluent in German and have good English skills, which you use particularly in exchange with our international colleagues
You are willing to work both at our headquarters in Rüti and at our location in Haldenstein
