*The Direktion Pflege supports nursing management with supraordinate services to ensure operational operations. These include the qualified nursing personnel pool, the sitting watch and nursing assistance personnel pool, as well as the Central Bed Management (ZBM).
As Head of Department: Nursing Resource Management, you are responsible for these services and will develop them together with the nursing management. At the same time, you will help shape the cooperation with the future Integral Capacity Management (IKM).*

• You lead the Department of Nursing Resource Management with the personnel pools and the Central Bed Management
• You ensure reliable operational operations and the demand-oriented provision of services
• You lead and develop the managers and employees reporting to you
• You work closely with the nursing management, identify their needs, and further develop the offerings accordingly
• You use data and key figures to manage the services in a demand-oriented and economical manner
• You review and further develop processes and interfaces in resource management
• You help shape the cooperation with the future Integral Capacity Management
• You participate in supraordinate projects and developments in resource and capacity management

What you bring with you ##

• You have training as a dipl. Pflegefachfrau:mann HF or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
• You have further education at a Master's level (MSc, MA, MAS) in business administration, health economics, healthcare management, or an equivalent further education
• You bring several years of clinical professional experience in nursing as well as leadership experience
• You know the requirements and processes of the core nursing business and have a good understanding of operational contexts
• You think and act in a service-oriented manner and enjoy working with different managers and departments
• You have a high affinity for data and key figures and combine analytical with business thinking
• You work in a structured manner, act in a solution-oriented way, and maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment
