Your main tasks

• With your friendly and warm appearance, you create an inviting atmosphere and ensure that our guests feel comfortable at the USZ external location Stettbach.
• You bake our baked goods, present them attractively, and look after and refill the self-service area.
• Reliable cash desk management is also part of your daily tasks.
• You carefully check goods deliveries, stocks, temperatures, and shelf lives, while always maintaining an overview.
• You handle food responsibly and actively contribute to reducing food waste.
• You actively pitch in with washing up, tidying, cleaning, and simple administrative work and consistently adhere to our hygiene and HACCP specifications.
• Together with the person responsible for the location, you ensure smooth operations and provide flexible support for all arising tasks.

Your profile

• Training or professional experience in gastronomy, hotel management, retail, or the food industry
• Your heart beats for gastronomy and personal contact with our guests
• You are friendly, reliable, helpful, and enjoy working in a team
• Neat appearance and good manners
• Independent and careful way of working with initiative
• Good oral German skills and openness towards digital cash and ordering systems
• Good physical condition and willingness to pitch in flexibly
• Willingness for shifts from Monday to Friday within the operational opening hours
