Job Description ##

Analyze and manage non-conformities in the sector
Define and provide control standards in collaboration with support functions
Implement and support the self-control process
Manage and monitor quality indicators
Ensure that metrological tooling needs are covered
Facilitate and coach problem-solving sessions
Report and drive improvement opportunities
Create control sequences according to generic sequences

Requirements ##

ES Technician degree in microtechnology or an equivalent title
Minimum 3 years of experience in the quality field
Experience in watchmaking would be an asset
Analytical and organizational skills
TQ1 training would be an asset
Knowledge of trades associated with the manufacturing of watch components
Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing would be an asset
Mastery of problem-solving tools
Mastery of the Microsoft 365 environment
Interpersonal skills and good communication
